Return Policy

Returns
The Sale of Goods Act 1979, under which traders must sell goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality, applies to reuse goods just as it does to new ones.  This means that the goods must be of satisfactory quality, as assessed by a reasonable person, bearing in mind the items are used, as described by the seller and fit for purpose.  In addition, Distance Selling Regulations applies to ReStyle Argyll e-commerce, this law states that you have a seven-day cooling off period, which starts from the day after delivery, in which to change your mind.  This means that you can get a full refund of the cost of the item by returning the item in the same condition in which it was received.
